Donna Harris, LCSW, CGP is the founding Director of Intercultural Network, LLC. For over 30 years she has worked as licensed clinical social worker, graduate faculty, senior diversity trainer and psychotherapist applying a social justice, equity, and inclusion lens to her work. She is certified in facilitating cross-cultural dialogue, psychoanalysis and group psychotherapy. As an African American woman and world traveler, she is dedicated to educating people on the impact of our history of systemic oppression and racism. She believes in systemic change one uncomfortable conversation at a time.
