Comprehensive Training For Religious Organizations

Intercultural Network, LLC will provide a comprehensive training plan for your setting. Religious organizations have similar but different needs than corporations, which is why we typically begin with an assessment, the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®).

This assessment will help us identify your group’s strengths in intercultural communication and engagement as well as growth opportunities. While religious leaders and staff already possess strategies to understand, support and engage with the people they serve, most were not taught specific skills to bridge cultural differences. Your plan may include workshops in some of the topics below, implemented over time to allow for maximum learning.

Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®)

The IDI® is a statistically sound, cross-culturally valid assessment that measures an individual or group’s specific level of cultural competence. As part of the assessment process, individuals are asked to complete a 50-item, online assessment. Although the assessment is completed individually, the results can be disseminated both as a group or individual report.
